This blog was originally started as a thread on the forum pages of an animal rescue site. Now it's here!
The articles you find in here are purely for entertainment (yours and mine) and (with one or two exceptions) are all tongue-in-cheek chronicles of the World (my bit, anyway) as I see it.
No disrespect is intended towards anyone unless I make a mistake and make it too obvious.
I hope you enjoy my offerings. Feedback and comments of any kind are welcome.
How is Sym? My sweet Pup loved the vet here ! He walked in the door and everything was wagging .. he got a treat immediately upon entering the room, the vets cat came to say hello, the other dog would keep an eye on him but never bothered him .. and the vet and her helpers all kissed and petted him. Gee, at home we really had to work to show him we were just as nice :) Tell me how your boy is ... well I hope ... besos. C
Sym is doing really well although there is a limit to the amount of treatment he can receive as some of the medication can cause problems to major organs.
The other problem is the cost ... £3500 to £4000 per course.
The insurance has been very good but he will more than likely require another course BEFORE his yearly policy renewal.
It's a lot of money that we just don't have.
It's a case of wait and see (and crossed fingers).
Aww...what a face. Hope he's feeling better.
ReplyDeleteHe's doing OK. He just made that face because I walked away from him to take the photo.
Deleteaww.. poor Sym.
ReplyDeleteBeware! This boy knows how to play a crowd.
DeleteHe looks just like my dog Narla when she's at the vets...she knows what she's there for... and so does your dog...
ReplyDeleteHe loves going to the vet. They ply him with cheese and fuss him to bits.
DeleteGood wishes to the nice canine.
ReplyDeleteAwwww....he looks sad and totally adorable!
