About This Blog

This blog was originally started as a thread on the forum pages of an animal rescue site. Now it's here!

The articles you find in here are purely for entertainment (yours and mine) and (with one or two exceptions) are all tongue-in-cheek chronicles of the World (my bit, anyway) as I see it.
No disrespect is intended towards anyone unless I make a mistake and make it too obvious.

I hope you enjoy my offerings. Feedback and comments of any kind are welcome.

Normal Service

Maybe they didn't lie after all!

Bad things DO come in three's!

My network cable [connecting my wireless router to the outside world] was dodgy!
(looked ever so slightly chewed)

My 'dongle' [laptop] was not sitting in the USB port securely!
(loose screw inside laptop allowed port to wobble)

BT were working on the line!
(Switching things on and off all day)

Apart from all that ... it was a good day yesterday.

  1. Always keep your dongle secure. Good advice, no matter how suggestive it sounds.

    1. I would say that I always keep my hand on my dongle, but that could give the wrong impression!
