About This Blog

This blog was originally started as a thread on the forum pages of an animal rescue site. Now it's here!

The articles you find in here are purely for entertainment (yours and mine) and (with one or two exceptions) are all tongue-in-cheek chronicles of the World (my bit, anyway) as I see it.
No disrespect is intended towards anyone unless I make a mistake and make it too obvious.

I hope you enjoy my offerings. Feedback and comments of any kind are welcome.

Internet Blues

My router fused!

I am internetless. Unless I use this clever little telephone thingy.

But the keys ... they're so damned small!

Of course I'm suffering ... as you would ... from internet withdrawal.
Symptoms such as a feeling of claustrophobia, twitching fingers and memory loss wash over me daily.

But I'm cool ... I'm surviving!

Damn it though ... I can't use these keys any longer.

The picture is of yours truly looking suitably heroic whilst walking Clover.

Hope my new router arrives today.

  1. You look determined.

    And yes: slightly heroic.

  2. I feel your pain - I've walked the same road and it's a damn rocky road. I have faith that you will get through this - considering how heroic you are and all.

  3. I feel your pain. When I finish reading blogs in a few minutes I'm turning off my computer because a huge thunder and lightning storm in heading our way and i don't want to fry my computer. Take care.

  4. My deepest sympathy - I know how awful it is to be netless. Stay strong :)

  5. I feel your pain brother. My PC got a very nasty Trojan which required a full reinstall and everything which comes with it. Im only just back online myself and can report the twitching fades with time...

Any and all comments are welcome ...
