Sox 1997-2012 |
On this day,12.06.2012, we said farewell to
our cantankerous, but much loved, Sox.
Due to the deterioration of her health and mobility and the discovery, this morning,
of a large tumour in the neck of her bladder, the decision was made to ease
her suffering.
She slipped into sleep and crossed The Bridge at 14.20 pm surrounded by 'family'
I'm sorry to hear this, George. Big, trans-Atlantic hug to you...

Thanks Pearl!
DeleteRIP Sox have fun at the bridge x
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she's catching up on all those missed meals now.
DeletePoor Sox. Enjoy the Rainbow bridge. Chase all those critters up there but don't catch any.
ReplyDeleteSox never, ever chased anything!
DeleteShe was a 'saunterer' but would occasionally 'meander' and was seen at times 'strolling'.
Chasing definitely wasn't a Sox thing!
R.I.P. Sox :-).
ReplyDeleteSox is at peace now. Be brave and realise this!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for your loss. R.I.P Sox (hugs)
ReplyDeleteThe loss of a friend and family member is deeply sorrowful.
ReplyDeleteI'm really sorry to hear of your loss.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for you nice comments. Sox had a hard life before we saved her from the pound but she is 'resting' now. We have enjoyed seven wonderful years of her companionship and we are all going to miss but never forget her.
ReplyDeleteRIP Sox.
